We are looking to fill the vacancy for: Production
Manager
Job Purpose:
Provide leadership and
performance efficiencies at assigned production department in alignment
with the strategic business objectives.
Duties:
Develop
departmental strategy
* Approve already developed SOPs
* To participate in the process of formulating and implementing
business strategy.
Optimize Human Resource Talent and
Potential
* Performance Management
* Training and
Development
* Mentoring and Coaching
Risk Management
* Ensure compliance with Occupational, Health and Safety Regulations
Optimize
productivity
* Plan, execute and monitor production
programmes that support Lean Manufacturing
* Ensure conformity
with the National and International Quality Standards.
* Identify
cost reduction opportunities and implement process improvements.
* Effectively manage resources – materials, equipment availability
* Provide Leadership in the application of improvement intervention
programs – Kaizen System
* Ensure compliance with ISO9001 and
14001
Skills/Qualifications:
* Min: Degree in
Engineering (Mechanical, production, Chemical, Industrial or equivalent)
* Registered with a recognized Engineering Regulatory body.
*
Work Experience: 11 years minimum.
