The Sales and Marketing Executives’ role is to pro-actively hunt for target clients and establish communication and relationships with those businesses that can benefit from the company’s product and services.

Role holder’s responsibilities will include:
* Preparation of monthly marketing and sales action plans
* Finding link or key selling opportunities utilizing both old and new contacts.
* Compiling customer orders for company products and ensuring prompt delivery
* Ensure prompt collection of payments from clients upon delivery of products
* Following up direct sales leads
* Organizing product training to clients as necessary

* Seeking out new promotional opportunities for company products.
* Assisting customers in the product information and answering their questions.

Skills and Specifications
* Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing or related field from an accredited institution
* Experience within the hair/salon industry
* Strong direct sales skills with proven record of success
* Should have solid negotiation skills.
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Numeracy skills
* Good presentation and demonstration skills
* Should operate effectively under minimal supervision.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
