Emergency Plus Medical Services, fully owned by Kenya Red Cross Society is looking for suitable candidates to fill the following positions:-
EMT-Paramedic
20 positions
Positions available in the following towns: Eldoret, Kitale, Kisii, Kisumu, Mombasa, Nairobi, Nakuru and Nanyuki
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Main duties    * Driving an emergency medical ambulance
    * Making sure that the ambulance equipments are in good working condition
    * Responding to critical care distress calls
    * Managing all life threatening conditions efficiently and professionally
    * Facilitating Pre-Hospital care curses

Academic and professional qualification
    * Minimum of KCPE mean grade of C+
    * Minimum of a Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution
    * Licensed by the Kenya Nursing Council to practice
    * Literate in computer
    * Certificates in BLS/ACLS/ATLS/EPLS/ICS
    * At least two years experience in nursing

Added advantage
    * Experience in Pre-Hospital care
    * Competent driver with valid class BCE driving license.
    * Certified instructor in ACLS/ATLS
