Position Title: Regional ICT Generalist, Africa
Reports To: Director, Global Information Communication Technology
The position will also:
1. Have a dotted line reporting relationship to the Country Program Director or their delegate (e.g. Country Program Manager).
2. Be accountable to the Africa Program and Conservation Operations in New York
3. Collaborate closely with other IT staff, including Helpdesk in New York
Position Objective:
1. To coordinate and implement central ICT services for the WCS Africa Program in coordination with efforts to develop ICT services globally.

* Install and replace new workstations (incl. moves and changes). Maintain modify and enhance existing workstations using SNOW Standards.
