Applications are invited for the following posts:
1. Senior Administrative Assistant (City Centre Campus)
Minimum Requirements:
* A Second Class Honours (Lower Division) Degree from a recognized University.
* A CPS (Certified Public Secretary) II certificate or better.
* Three (3) years working experience in a university particularly in student administration.
* In addition, they must be computer literate.
The successful candidate will be expected to perform the following duties among others:
* Assist in the running of a busy City Centre Campus
* Prepare timetables
* Assist in the running of academic programmes including administration of examinations.
* Attend to student matters
* Be secretary to Faculty Board meetings
* Liaise with the Main Campus on various matters
2. Assistant Internal Auditor
This is a responsible position in the department and applicants are expected to be dynamic individuals who are able to multi task, team players and result oriented.
Minimum requirements:
* Bachelor of Business Administration or Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Business Management.
* They should also be fully qualified accountants.
* However, applicants with CPA II with long working experience will also be considered.
* Knowledge and working experience with Computer Accounting Software and Microsoft Office is mandatory.
* Minimum of five (5) years working experience in a reputable organization in an internal audit department.
