Job Title: OPERATIONS ASSISTANT – CUSTOMER SERVICE

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To provide prompt, efficient and
effective customer care so as to contribute to customer satisfaction
and retention.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Identify and develop new business opportunities
 Timely meet customer expectations and demonstration of strong customer orientation
 Offering adminstration support
 Provision of excellent customer care services
 Competency development to effectively perform customer service tasks
 Adherence to and application of established policies, processes and tools to achieve optimal
efficiency, compliance and cost containment
 Must be results orientated and self driven
 Demonstrate leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal communication skills

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
 Minimum KCSE C plain
 Diploma in business& public relations/ business management/ customer services or other related areas
