MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To provide prompt, efficient and
effective customer care so as to contribute to customer satisfaction
and retention.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Timely meet customer expectations and demonstration of strong customer orientation
Offering adminstration support
Provision of excellent customer care services
Competency development to effectively perform customer service tasks
Adherence to and application of established policies, processes and tools to achieve optimal
efficiency, compliance and cost containment
Must be results orientated and self driven
Demonstrate leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal communication skills
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum KCSE C plain
Diploma in business& public relations/ business management/ customer services or other related areas
