1. Possess a Diploma certificate from a reputable institution.
2. Have a wide experience in baking bread, variety of cakes and buns from a busy outlet.
3. Have knowledge in cake decoration (soft icing and hard icing)
4. Have a creative mind in baking items

5.Knowledge in making cookies, doughnuts and other snacks will be an added advantage.
6. Must know how to work under pressure to meet the company's demands at all times.
