African Reinsurance Corporation (AFRICA RE) Executive Assistant Job Vacancy

Announces

A vacancy for the post of Executive Assistant to Office of the Regional Director, at the Support Service level grade SS3.

Responsibilities:
    * Acts as the Secretary/Personal Assistant to the Regional Director
    * Providing necessary support to ensuring effective performance of the Regional Director


Minimum Qualifications:

    * First Degree (or equivalent) in relevant field
    * 3 years relevant working experience in a similar position
    * Computer literacy in basic applications
    * Good interpersonal and communication skills


Additional Requirements:

    * Applicants must be nationals of member States of Africa Re;
    * Should be of high integrity and dependable;
    * Should be fluent in English language. However, a good knowledge of French language will be an added advantage;
    * Must be proficient in the use of computer office applications in word processing and spread sheet presentation.
    * Should not be older than 30 years.
