1. CORPORATE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Formulate marketing strategies in order to meet company revenue targets.
* Research and make initial contact with potential clients- setting up appointments with prospective client, making presentations to clients and following them up to ensure all leads are sealed.
* Increase the company’s market presence and visibility through vigorous and continued marketing effort and networking
* Ensure that all SLAs agreed with clients are adhered to through continuous after sale services and giving timely feedback to team members.
* Maintain frequent contact with client and achieve cross selling of company’s services by understanding client needs and offering personalized solutions.
* Liaise with management in marketing research and product development.
* Assist in other related duties or as signed by the Managing Consultant.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
* A minimum Professional Diploma in Marketing. Candidates with a Bachelors degree in Marketing will have added advantage.
* A minimum of three (3) years experience in marketing to corporate clients. Candidate with experience in marketing professional services are preferable but not a must.
* Potential Candidates MUST be flexible and versatile with excellent skills in building and maintain professional networks.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a MUST
2. RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Sourcing for potential candidates in all career categories and positions through networking, internet and print advertising and other means. Downloading CVs from company emails arranging them in orderly manner and ensuring continued growth of the company’s CV database.
* Conduct preliminary interviews of all job applicants and prepare executive summaries on the same. Invite candidates for interviews, interview all Non- management level candidates, and give timely reports to the Managing Consultant within assigned timelines.
* In liaison with the Marketing Team, Draw up proposals and make follow up calls.
* Draw up the necessary literature required for updating Proposals, Profiles and the Company Website
* Attend to all enquiries from both Existing and potential clients.
* Ensure that all vacant positions are filled within clients’ lead time.
* Liaise with partnering institutions and project a positive image of the company.
* Make calls and schedule appointments for the Managing Consultant; take messages on behalf of the managing consultant.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS.
* A Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or Business Management. Potential candidates with a bachelor’s degree in HR or Business management will have added advantage.
* A minimum of one years (1) experience in a HR Consultancy firm is a MUST.
* Ability to prioritize, self organization and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a MUST.
* Potential candidates with working knowledge of Ms Photo Shop and Desktop Publishing will have an unqualified advantage.
