Talent Manager HR Job.
The Manager will develop effective talent management systems and structures ensuring effective implementation of recruitment, performance management, training and succession planning policies and procedures as well as facilitate achievement of overall strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities
.Develop and implement talent management strategies in line with the corporate strategy.
.Analyze human capital requirements and contribute to the development of the human capital budget.
.Manage the recruitment and selection process of the organization.
.Develop and implement a performance management system for the organization.
.Conduct learning and development needs analysis based on leadership needs, performance reviews, changing business environment and succession planning.
.Establish a training and development strategy that meets the organizational needs and develop, design and facilitate training programs and plans.
. Develop succession plans ensuring talent identification and development.
.Ensure use of appropriate assessment tools to evaluate both behavioral and technical competencies
. Preparation of weekly and monthly reports on manpower planning and talent acquisition.

Qualifications
.Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences or a relevant qualification
.Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management will be an added advantage
.Experience in recruitment and selection services, performance management and employee training. Implementation of e-learning solutions in training is preferred.
.Computer literate
.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
