The Aga Khan University Hospital, Nairobi, a premier teaching and tertiary care referral hospital, invites applications from appropriately qualified individuals for the following positions:
Clinical Pharmacist
The Clinical Pharmacist will organize the activities in the Pharmacy Department including supervising and reviewing patients’ medication profiles for individual drug dosage monitoring, drug utilization, patient education as well as train Pharmacy staff accordingly.
Pharmaceutical Technologist
The Pharmaceutical Technologist will ensure accurate compounding, dispensing, patient education and handling of pharmaceutical supplies for all orders.
Applicants for the position of Clinical Pharmacist must have a Bachelors of Science Degree in Pharmacy and a Masters Degree in Clinical Pharmacy. Applicants for the position of Pharmaceutical Technologist must have a Diploma in Pharmacy. All applicants must be registered with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board with 3 years hospital experience working in pharmaceutical services.
Section Head – Histopathology
The Section Head – Histopathology will ensure provision of effective, efficient and quality laboratory services, by providing daily supervision and leadership to the team.
Applicants for the position must have a Higher Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology – Histopathology from a recognized institution. S/he must have 3 years relevant working experience in a leadership position and registration with the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technologists and Technician Board.
Radiographer
Reporting to the Manager, Radiology, the Radiographer will be responsible for the provision of high quality radiographs of high diagnostic value.

Applicants should have a Diploma in Medical Imaging Sciences or equivalent from a recognized institution. The ideal candidate for the above position should have a minimum of 2 years experience in Radiography and registration with Society of Radiography in Kenya and the Radiation Protection Board of Kenya.
