Group Milestones have been:

The launch of the first group company, Panafrican Equipment Kenya Limited in Nairobi
In 1999, with the growth of the mining industry in Tanzania, Panafrican Mining Services (Tanzania) Ltd. was formed to support the Geita Gold Mine, which is owned by AngloGold Ashanti of South Africa.
In 2000, Panafrican Equipment (Uganda) Ltd began operations in Uganda.
In 2005, Panafrican Equipment (Tanzania) Ltd. started operations in Dar es Salaam to cater to the growing construction market.
In 2008, Panafrican Mining Services established operations at the Buzagi Mine in Tanzania
In 2009, Panafrican launched operations in Ghana.
In 2010, Nigeria was added to our territories with the launch of Panafrican Equipment Nigeria.

The PANAFRICAN EQUIPMENT story began in 1997 with the founding of Panafrican Equipment Kenya Limited by Charles Field-Marsham and his wife Rita Field-Marsham.

Over the years Panafrican has established itself as a leading company in the trucks and heavy equipment market in Kenya, with a reputation for top quality products and excellent after-sales service and spare parts availability.From the Kenya hub, the company has gradually expanded to its pre-eminent position in six countries across Africa.

Reporting to the Parts Manager, the ideal candidate aged between 30 and 45 years of age will possess the following qualifications:

* College level education
* Technical training
* Technical knowledge of all Panafrican products especially Komatsu parts
* Selling, problem identification and solving, and customer service skills

Main duties will include the following:
* Selling parts and bringing workshop jobs.
* Customer visits and inspection of machines.
* Selling workshop services and offering both new and existing customers basic technical advice and proper machine maintenance.
* Preparing weekly field visit reports and customer sales report.
* Market penetration and growth to increase market share and sales.
