We are seeking to recruit a dynamic, talented, knowdgeable and highly experienced Human Resources Officer who would serve as a strategic business partner to Management by ensuring HR Strategy is in line with the overall Program operation strategy, participate in proposal development and provide HR input on staff budget including salaries and benefits, coordinate all aspects of PATH Kenya’s recruiting and staffing functions;coordinate the review and update of the Performance evaluation process, benefits and compensation and ensure staff training is effectively coordinated and implemented across the Program.Field Auditor
We are seeking a talented, self motivated individual for our Internal Audit Group. This is a hands-on auditing position requiring qualified candidates to possess exceptional auditing, accounting, report writing and analytical skills. Accounting/Finance Degree with 3-5 years experience required, CPA/CA/CIA/or CFE preferable.
