POSITION: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
COMPANY: ICN SOLUTIONS LTD.,
ICN Solutions Limited is a Kenyan IT Company rendering diverse ICT Solutions to both the SME and corporate’ sectors. We have been in existence for over 10 years and prior to our entrance into the solutions segment, we have been well established in the IT Hardware market.

As we aspire to become a leading IT Solutions house, we are now seeking an energetic and ambitious self-driven personality to spearhead this department.

Our range of IT solutions that we offer cover among others:-
* Data security – Private Cloud Computing
* Backup & Disaster Recovery – Data Center and Co-location services
* Managed Services – Asset Tracking
* Outsourcing IT – Tele and Video Conferencing

The ideal person to occupy this position will be expected to provide strategic leadership and demonstrate well-developed supervisory skills. In addition this position will focus in building expert knowledge in the company’s key categories and sharing this both with staff and customers in order to build long-term partnerships and increase sales and profitability.Qualifications and Skills.
1. A proven team player. This is a leadership position and one that requires a strong team building skills.
2. 5 years experience in a similar position of which at least 3 should have been in the ICT sector.
3. A degree (or higher diploma) in a related field of study.
4. Have a proven track record of innovation and inquisitiveness. Being a new line for the company, we need to quickly become a serious market player and control a market share.
5. Well-honed sales and marketing skills.
6. Professional qualification in an IT related course.
7. Person of high integrity and business ethics.

REMUNERATION
The position will attract a very handsome performance-based remuneration.
