Contract Managers Reconciliation Job.
Our client is the world’s principal supplier of mobile networks with majority of commercial mobile broadband network operators choosing them as their vendor. Their network solutions include, radio access network, core network solutions; microwave radio and optical fiber solutions, among others.
The company also offers a range of mobile devices, including those supporting multimedia applications and other personal communications services; they have products for special applications within the enterprise, cable, mobile platform and power module markets.
The company is looking to fill the position of Contract Managers – Reconciliation to conduct financial reconciliation for Managed capacity, Managed services and Support Contracts; Equipment Mapping against company systems, Customer Clearance reconciliations, and follow up on rollout and AMC interface acceptances for invoicing.
Key Responsibilities
* Financial reconciliation for Managed Capacity, Managed Services and Support AMC contracts.
* Responsible for reconciliation of site information into USD and preparation of financial data information based on KPIs.
* Provide, internally and customers, accurate contractual information coming from signed Contracts with support from Legal Contract Manager.* Identify and mitigate potential Financial and Commercial risks.
* Track non-Contractual costs (services and deliveries) supplied so as to generate add – on sales
* Support in the preparation of reports to the Head of Contracts Management, escalating any major issues.
* Formulation of commercial conditions and clauses
* Provide Compliance Statement for the Customer Contracts into the company system
* Advise on correct contract type and appropriate contract template in conjunction with Market Unit and/or Customer Legal’s.
* Co-ordinate necessary activities with Customer Contract to ensure quality as well as proper handing over of contracts. Ensure that final signed versions of contracts are securely stored.
* Support in Preparation and execution of training to sales teams regarding contract management.
Educational Qualifications and Experience
* Degree in Finance/ Statistics/ Business Administration or a related field.
* Training in Telecommunications Engineering is an advantage
* At least 6 years of experience in Financial/ Legal/ Contractual activities, possibly in Financial Contract Management
* Proven experience and record in Financial Management & negotiations
* Good knowledge in Sales, Bid, Risk and Contract Management
* Sound Technical (Telecommunications, GSM) knowledge and understanding is an added advantage.
* Analytical and strategic mind
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
