Expression of Interest (EOI) For Consultancy Services to Develop a Records Management Policy
Harambee Cooperative savings and credit society is in the process of updating, reorganizing and setting up of records management policy and wish to seek consultancy for the same.
The consultancy involves developing and recommending records management policies, regulations and procedures  for the Society as per the Society’s requirements and Government Regulations and Acts in force.
This consultancy should consider recommending and designing effective records storage and tracking system for the Society, analysis and recommendation/ implementation of appropriate/effective electronic records retention and disposal procedures.

Interested Firms/consultants are invited to indicate their interest in providing these services.
Harambee Sacco Ltd now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.).
A complete list of documents may be obtained by interested parties upon payment of a non refundable fee of Kshs. 5,000/= in cash or Bankers Cheque payable to Harambee Sacco Society Ltd.
Expression of interest documents must be delivered to the address below by Monday 22, November 12.30 pm and in an envelope/enclosure clearly marked, “Expression of interest for Records Management Consultancy”.
