The business applications division of Seven Seas Technologies and its training division – the knowledge transfer centre are looking to fill the following positions:

1. Program Manager Business Applications Division 4 Positions

To be responsible for managing all projects’ lifecycle to ensure successful implementation and completion.

This position reports to the Chief Operations Officer with the following key responsibilities:

* Developing and executing a project delivery methodology for business applications (software) projects
* Creating and enforcing structure, consistency and organization to multi-faceted projects
* Supporting the soles organization in developing appropriate project proposals
* Managing project resources to sustain profitability including proper project planning, managing costs against budget and optimal resource allocation.
* Ensuring client projects meet all deliverables with service excellence. Monitoring and controlling to ensure delivery as per project plan.
* Generating project reports, with meaningful action plans and follow up
* Understanding and managing all project risks proactively.
* Must be able to generate risk mitigation plans based on what-if analyses.
* Effectively managing communications during complex program environment through communication planning, information distribution and performance reporting using formal program management practices.
* Identify opportunities for improvement and leading implementation of changes including cross selling and up selling of Business Application solutions to the customer.* Acting as a liaison with clients on a tactical level to gather assets for projects, gain approvals, etc.
* Preparing written documentation for all project stakeholders as necessary

The Candidate should have:

* Minimum five years’ experience managing business application (software) projects
* A University degree from an accredited university
* Accredited Project Management Training PMI or PRINCE 2 certification
* Excellent quantitative analysis and experience working with project management software.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as organizational, follow-through and multitasking skills
* The ability to project the desired outcome of a variety of projects with regards to timelines and quality
* Knowledge of applications development is desirable

2. Technical Account Manager Business Applications Division 3 Positions

Who understands these domains and is able to position appropriate solutions and drive sales in our key accounts to conclusion. We also expect the right candidate to be able to create new markets and customers for our solutions.

This position reports to the Business Development Director with the following key responsibilities:

* Developing business plans and sales strategies that ensure attainment of individual and company sales goals and profitability.
* Developing a solid funnel of sales opportunities for BA solutions to meet sales and profitability targets
* Developing and maintaining a comprehensive client database
* Initiating and coordinating development of action plans to penetrate new markets I customers
* Providing overall ownership for submission of customer proposals including timely, accurate, and competitive pricing while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
* Creating and conducting proposal presentations and RFP responses.
* Adhering to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
* Creating and growing customer affinity and trusted advisor relationships with Seven Seas Technologies customers.
* Liaising with the Marketing department to ensure participation in client, vendor and industry events.
* Preparation of regular sales reports
* Work closely with vendors and partners to pursue client leads and new products as well as keep abreast with their strategy plans and market trends. Acquire product certification as may be necessary.

The Candidate should have:

* A flair for business applications in depth understanding of how IT solutions can transform businesses
* At least 5 years of successful business solutions sales experience
* Exposure in the IT industry
* University Degree in a Business related or IT related field
* A competitive desire to produce and succeed with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets
* Tenacity, good communication and presentation skills, enjoy meeting new people, and be a self starter.

3. Business Development Manager Knowledge Transfer Center

The Sales Manager will be charged with creation, development and successful closure of training opportunities for KTC.

This position reports to the Sales Director with the following duties and responsibilities:

* Developing business plans and sales ra1ugies for the market that ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
* Developing a solid funnel of training sales opportunities
* Developing and maintaining of a comprehensive client database
* Guiding team members in preparation of action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects including action plans to penetrate new markets.
* Responsible for creating new accounts, establishing training requirements and budgets, including following up on leads given by other cross functional teams.
* Providing timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all training packages, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
* Ensuring that accurate records of all pricings, sales and activity reports submitted by Account Executives are maintained
* Creating and conducting competitive proposal presentations and RFP responses.
* Adhering to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensuring that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
* Assisting in recruitment of resources for the Knowledge Transfer Centre.
* Responsible for the performance and development of the Account Executives.
* Liaising with the marketing department to ensure regular distribution of client publications and updating of course materials
* Work closely with vendors and partners to pursue client leads and new products training as well as keep abreast with their strategy plans and market trends.
* Preparation of regular sales reports as required

The Candidate should have:

* As a mandatory requirement, an understanding of IT products available in the region (Cisco, Juniper, Oracle, Sun and others).
* At least 5 years of successful business to business sales experience opening new markets
* A university degree in a business related or IT related field
* A demonstrated record of strong leadership and be able to lead by example
* A competitive desire to produce and succeed with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets
* Enjoy meeting new people, be a good communicator, strong willed and a self starter
* Confidence, effective communication and presentation skills and should be a self starter
