Office of the Principal

1. Director, Planning and Quality Management
Grade XV (Ref/No. AD/0026/1 0)
The appointee will be responsible to the Principal and management for the functions of strategic planning and performance management, quality assurance and improvement and institutional analysis and reporting of the College.
Applicants should be Kenya citizens with a degree together with post graduate qualifications in the area of management and related fields from a recognized university. They should in addition posses the necessary professional qualifications.
They should be team-builders with demonstrable analytical, communication and leadership skills and have at least ten years relevant experience, five of them at senior level in a large educational institution or Government Department. They must have competency in all major areas of planning and quality management and be computer literate.

2. Chief Internal Auditor
Grade XIII (Ref/No. AD/0027/10)
The appointee will be responsible to the Principal and the Management for the day to day running of the Audit and Risk Management functions of the College. In addition, they should possess demonstrable analytical, communication and leadership skills.
S/he must have a clear understanding of the audit, finance, administration and procurement functions with at least ten years experience, five of them at senior level in an academic institution or public corporation of comparable nature.
Applicants must be Kenya citizens with a university degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting.
They must also be fully qualified accountants holding CPA (K) or its equivalent and registered members of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya. Possession of relevant postgraduate qualifications will be an added advantage.
School of Creative Arts and Technologies
A. Department of Design and Creative Media
Technologist
Grade XI (Ref/No. AD/0028/10)
Applicants should have a recognized university degree in any area of Design and Creative Media.
They should have the necessary experience in managing the design studios and creative media laboratories for teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. They should also have experience in research activities. Applicants who posses Higher Diploma with extensive experience in higher educational or research institution will also be considered.

B. Department of Printing and Media Technology
Technologist
Grade XI (Ref/No. A D/0029/ 10)
Applicants should have a recognized university degree in any area of Printing and Media Technology.
They should have the necessary experience in managing printing workshops and media technology laboratories for teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. They should also have experience in research activities.
Applicants who posses Higher Diploma with extensive experience in higher educational or research institution will also be considered
