Our client, MARS Inc. is the world’s largest confectionery company who operate in six business segments: Chocolate, Petcare, Confectionery, Food, Drinks, and Symbio-science. They are looking to add to their highly professional team through the recruitment of Machine Technicians to be based in their manufacturing plant in Dubai.

# Responsibilities: (for the assigned machines)
o Operate chocolate manufacturing equipment such as molding, wrapping & packaging machines
o Deliver the production schedule and ensure adherence
o Perform planned maintenance and varying levels of repairs to the machines. Ex: machine greasing, lubrication, cleaning, parts replacement etc.
o Direct responsibility for the quality and food safety standards
o Ensure safe working conditions by complying with Mars safety standards
Requirements
o Diploma or equivalent in Engineering with a bias to mechanical or electrical engineering
o 3-6 years hands on operational experience preferably from food or Fast Moving Customer Goods (FMCG) company

* Ability to work with minimum supervision
* Team work
