1. Human Resources and Administration Officer
Reporting to the MD, the HRM & ADMIN officer will be responsible for the Human Resource Functions of the company and will provide advice, support and interpretations of laws regarding HR issues.
Job profile:
·???????? Formulation, administration and review of all Human Resource related policies
·???????? Ensure cordial employee relations in the organization
·???????? Participate in recruitment, selection and placement of staff.
·???????? New staff training and orientation in particular to office issues
·???????? Manage staff records and administrate all issues relating to their employment.
Person Profile:
·???????? Bachelors’ degree in related field; post graduate qualifications in HR desired
·???????? 4- 6 years experience in similar capacity with proven competency
·???????? Demonstrated leadership and managerial skills
·???????? Excellent interpersonal skills — ability to understand people, and power to persuade.
2. Pharmaceutical Stores/Warehouse In – Charge
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the person shall be responsible for the smooth running of all the stores/warehouse functions, and maintenance of the pharmaceuticals as provided by the PPB (K) act, GMP and other Global Best Practices
Job profile:
·???????? Ensuring the smooth running of all operations in the stores including stock takes, dispatch and other routine day to day activities.
·???????? Ensure adequate stocks of all products based on market trends — monitor actively and adjust based on lead in times, movement analysis.
·???????? Supervise all inwards and outbound products to ensure conformity to accompanying documents.
·???????? Carrying out any corrective and preventative activities deemed fit for the smooth stores operations
The person:
·???????? B. Pharm from local universities — U.O.N preferred.
·???????? Duly registered with the PPB (K) holding a current practicing license
·???????? Post graduate qualifications in IMIS/Supply Chain Management a plus.
·???????? One to two years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, advantage for those who have held similar capacities.
3. Professional Sales Representatives
Job profile:
·???????? Daily interactions with medical personnel to popularize company brands through EBM and innovation.
·???????? Participate in group planning, forecasting and strategizing and day to day activities to actualize the sale.
·???????? Proven test for individual selling skills and interpersonal relationships.
The person
·???????? Bachelor’s degree in pharma related field
·???????? Proven track record of exceptionary performance in local Pharma Market (2— 3 years experience)
·???????? Team player, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to withstand long hours and necessary pressure to perform.
·???????? Clean valid driving license, active driving experience required.
4. Accounts Assistant
The person:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the accounts assistant will be responsible for the tasks related to the accounting office:
·???????? Accounting books keeping, reconciliation and reporting per the company protocol and practices
·???????? Accounts payables and receivables
·???????? Running payroll and doing statutory deductions and forwarding to relevant authorities.
·???????? Banking and banking reconciliations
·???????? Preparing clients LPOS, invoices and statements
The person:
·???????? Bachelor’s degree in accounting related field
·???????? Qualifications in CPA — CPA (K) preferred
·???????? High integrity, experience in similar position a plus
·???????? Independent self starter with clear career objectives
