Job Summary
Reporting to the Regional Training Manager, the Marketing & Training Coordinator will coordinate training of the ERP project within the EAR and undertake marketing of the project to the internal customer as well handle arising issues of the project.
Responsibilities
Training role
* Create, coordinate and implement user training plans for the ERP project;
* Manage, coordinate and administer project training after go-live including upgrades, new functionalities;
* Ensure compliance with best practices and effective use of systems by staff;
* Manage a team of Country Training Coordinators and ensure system project knowledge among users in different countries is done;
* Lead the implementation of the new system learning solution;
* Conduct induction training for new employees on the use of the ERP system and Employee Self Service.
Marketing role
* Role assignment for entire Equatorial Africa Region by issuing access rights across the roles and at organizational level based on approved role request sheet (new hires, job changes) received from management;
* Manage the role assignment work flow from request to close, and address any issues that may arise;
* Ensure role assignment best practices are adhered to, and if not make suggestions on how to improve;
* Coordinate, implement and configure all system related issues pertaining to project changes and implementations.
Requirements
* University Degree in a Technical / IT / HR field or related field from a recognized university;
* Minimum 3 years experience in systems training with a good working knowledge and exposure in an ERP environment (SAP or Oracle systems);
* Working experience in handling systems projects either technical or HR in nature;
* Oracle or SAP certifications will be an added advantage;
* Good understanding of the Human Resource function will be an added advantage;
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
* Ability to multi task, self initiative, proactive with good presentation skills.
