Plan RESA Regional Office, based in Nairobi, Kenya, is looking for a Regional Administrator to join our administration team. Please note that this is a local position.

The position
This position provides support and ensures compliance in the Regional Office administration and logistics and ensures that administrative systems and processes are in place in the countries within the region to comply with organizational requirements.

Skills and qualifications
   * Degree level or equivalent, minimum experience of (3) years working in office administration, management principles and practices.
    * Successful implementation of internal controls while managing department or unit operations.
    * Understanding of and significant experience in managing and implementing information system and supporting technology.
    * Knowledge of laws and local regulations.
    * Knowledge of supplies, equipment and / or services ordering and inventory.
    * Knowledge of human resource management and supervision
    * Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships with colleagues at all levels, from different countries and cultures.
    * Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity, analytical and problem solving skills.
    * Effective verbal and listening communication skills.
    * Effective written communication skills.
    * Computer skills including spreadsheet, word - processing and basic computer programs, and e- mail at a highly proficient level
    * Flexibility and commitment to customer service.
