Radio Africa Traffic / Scheduling Executive Job in Kenya
Radio Africa Limited is a media company with a focus on Radio, Television and Print media.
The company is made up of six radio stations, two TV Channels and one newspaper publication.
We are looking for a talented, energetic, ambitious and self motivated individual keen on a career enhancing opportunity, to fill the position of Traffic/Scheduling Executive.
Ref: HR 17/12/10
Reporting to the Traffic Coordinator, the incumbent will assist in ensuring that client and station advertisements run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Receiving advertisement placement orders and ensuring timely system entries.
* Ensure accurate client billing.
* Interface with various team members, prepare advert schedules and roll out as per schedule.
* Reconcile client billing against implemented schedule.
* Act as liaison with the monitoring companies and confirm accuracy of received data.
* Prepare and submit relevant reports to provide evaluation feedback.
Qualifications
* University Degree preferably in a Mathematics related field
* Professional training in a relevant field
* 1 to 2 Years' experience in a similar position preferably in the Media Industry
The Person
* Should have excellent interpersonal, communication and coordination skills
* High proficiency in Maths is mandatory
* Good knowledge of ICT is an added advantage.
