To support our growing business we now wish to recruit the following key personnel:
Alarms Manager
Reporting to the Operations and Administration Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for overall management of our Alarms and other electronic products.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the designing and installation of contracted products and roll-out of new products
* Address client issues/concerns and provide practical solutions
* Develop and implement customer relationship management strategies
* Participate in recruitment, training and development of staff in the department
* Ensure business growth and provide regular feedback to management
Qualifications
* Higher national Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Degree in Electrical Engineering will be an added advantage
* Professional affiliation and manufacturers training in security products
* Competence in managing electronic installations, fault diagnosis and maintenance of a wide variety of electronic systems
* At least 5 years work experience in a busy electronics working environment.
Transport Officer
Reporting to the Operations and Administration Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for overall management of fleet and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and supervise day to day operations in the transport department
* Ensure proper maintenance and routine inspection of vehicles as per the manufacturers standards and schedule regular service
* Ensure timely availability of vehicles by user departments
* Ensure efficient fuel management
* Manage vehicle, spare part procurement and storage
* Manage, supervise, coach and develop team to enhance productivity
Qualifications
* Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Degree in Mechanical Engineering will be an added advantage
* At least 3 years work experience in a similar position
* Computer proficient and ability to generate management reports
* Pleasant personality and excellent communication skills
Supply Chain Officer
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will be responsible for overall procurement of goods and services
Key Responsibilities
* Participating in planning and implementation of procurement policies and maintaining comprehensive records
* Coordinating and dispatch of supplies to user departments
* Stock taking, control and verification of supplies
* Maintain and regularly update supplier database
* Managing contracts with suppliers and enhancing relationship with internal and external customers
* Manage inventory of all assets and purchase process up to delivery
* Coordinate proper disposal of obsolete assets
Qualifications
* Diploma in procurement or supplies management from a recognised institution. A Degree in procurement or supplies management will be an added advantage
* Computer literate and ability to generate management reports
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* At least 3 years work experience in a supply chain management or procurement environment
