Kenex is a Bureau licensed by SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication), to provide connectivity to banks and eligible Financial Institutions to the global network of SWIFT spanning over 203 nations and encompassing over 8000 institutions.Located in Nairobi and serving banks in the African continent, Kenex is well placed to provide all products from the SWIFT stable.
Our Connectivity
Our connectivity to the banks is by use of wireless, Microwave, fiber Optic and VSAT links.
The private network operated by Kenex ensures total security and confidentiality that is the hallmark of SWIFT messaging.
Position for Software Developer/System Support
We are looking for individuals who are sufficiently fluent in software development methodologies.
The successful candidates will become part of an engineering team for commercial software Applications.
· Programming Languages: Java, PHP, Microsoft .Net (C#, VB.net), VB6
· Database Systems: MySQL, Oracle, Access, MSSQL Server.
· Web Technologies: XHTML, DHTML, Ajax, Javascript, CSS, Flash, XML/XSL.
· Methodologies: Object Oriented Programming, Agile Development, Rapid
· Application Development.
· Web Servers: Apache, Microsoft IIS,
· Platforms: Windows, Linux
Minimum Educational Requirement: Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology from an accredited institution.
