Job Profile
* Meet the Sales, Revenue, Cash-flow targets per month
* Maintain and develop a customer and prospect database
* Plan and carry out direct marketing activities
* Respond to and follow up sales enquiries

* Maintain and develop existing and new customers
* Monitor and report on sales activities and provide relevant management information.
* Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
* Demonstrate company products to current and potential clients
* Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
* Ability to work on tenders, bids, quotations under deadlines

Person profile
* Diploma in Electronics, IT or Sales & Marketing (with knowledge of Electronics Products)
* Minimum 1 year experience in similar field.
* Age 25-35 Years

Accounts Assistant
Job Profile
* Issuing daily cash flow analysis and advising the Director and Finance Manager on the same.
* Responsible for the day to day operations of the Accounts department in Uganda and preparation of all managerial reports
* Posting of accounting data into the system & maintenance of the same.
* Payroll administration – preparing pay slips, employee advances and handling of payroll by-products
* supporting taxation and compliance issues, VAT computations
* Petty cash Management
* Cash and Bank reconciliations
* Costing and Pricing of goods
* Filing of all company documents
* Daily systems back-up
* Monitoring the stocks movement


Person profile
* Diploma in Accountancy or any other related discipline.
* 3 years experience
* Microsoft Office & Quick books proficiency required


Human Resource and Administration Manager
Job Profile
* Design and manage Career growth and goal setting program for all employees.
* Design and manage appraisal mechanism to reward employees on the basis of merit.
* Participation in recruitment of staff in a proven fair system.
* Coordination of training programs.
* Coordination of Performance Management Assessments.
* Review of the HR Handbook, Service Operating Procedures and Policies.
* Ensuring compliance with the employment laws.
* Management of administrative controls of procurement.
* Management of office administration.
* Leading/Supervising the redesigning of JDs to reflect HR needs, and drawing up the authority- reporting channels, responsibilities and Key Performance Indicators.


Person profile
* Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or any other Business related field.
* A post graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management would be an advantage.
* Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Ms-Office.

Integrated Security Systems Engineer
Job Profile
* Installation and configuration of Integrated Security software
* Physical installation, troubleshooting, testing and commissioning of Access Control Systems, CCTV Systems, Intruder Alarm Systems, voice intercoms and maintenance of the same
* To integrate between Security Systems like access control, CCTV, intruder Alarm and voice intercom.
* Good knowledge of IT infrastructure related to Security systems.
* Knowledge of IT network security
* Windows servers
* Microsoft Active Directory


Person Profile
* Bachelors Degree in IT, or related field.
* Professional IT Certification will be an added advantage
* Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Ms-Office

Alarms Radio Data communications Engineer
Job Profile
* Installation and configuration of alarm Base Stations & Transmitters
* Installation, testing and commissioning of Alarm radio data networks and maintenance of the same
* Installation & configuration of Central Monitoring Station Software such as ORYX


Person Profile
* Bachelors Degree in Electronics, telecommunications or related field.
* Professional IT Certification will be an added advantage
* Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Ms-Office
