Job Profile
* Issuing daily cash flow analysis and advising the Director and Finance Manager on the same.
* Responsible for the day to day operations of the Accounts department in Uganda and preparation of all managerial reports
* Posting of accounting data into the system & maintenance of the same.
* Payroll administration – preparing pay slips, employee advances and handling of payroll by-products
* supporting taxation and compliance issues, VAT computations
* Petty cash Management
* Cash and Bank reconciliations
* Costing and Pricing of goods
* Filing of all company documents
* Daily systems back-up
* Monitoring the stocks movement
Person profile
* Diploma in Accountancy or any other related discipline.
* 3 years experience
* Microsoft Office & Quick books proficiency required
Human Resource and Administration Manager

* To integrate between Security Systems like access control, CCTV, intruder Alarm and voice intercom.
* Good knowledge of IT infrastructure related to Security systems.
* Knowledge of IT network security

Person Profile
* Bachelors Degree in IT, or related field.
* Professional IT Certification will be an added advantage

* Installation and configuration of alarm Base Stations & Transmitters
* Installation, testing and commissioning of Alarm radio data networks and maintenance of the same
* Installation & configuration of Central Monitoring Station Software such as ORYX
Person Profile
* Bachelors Degree in Electronics, telecommunications or related field.
* Professional IT Certification will be an added advantage
* Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
