She is certified to administer the Myerrs Briggs Test Indicator (MBTI), a psychometric tool that enables organizations to handle more effectively concerns such as improving communication, team development, planning/managing organizational change, enhancing problem solving, dealing with conflict and recognizing and managing stress.

Reporting to the Executive Director, the position is responsible for providing a service to clients through an intimate understanding of the client’s business through utilization of the agency’s resources, with a commitment to providing an excellent product, resulting in client satisfaction and agency profitability.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Business Development:
* Make professional presentations to clients on exciting and new projects.
* Maintain contact between client and advertising agency.
* Translate client’s marketing strategies into communication strategies which include establishment of advertising objectives.
Business Viability:
* Maximize sales & profitability through writing creative briefs that ensure that best advertising campaigns are created.
* Engage in pro-active and reactive environmental scanning to stay abreast advertising/promotional industry.
Business & Customer Relationship:
* Strategize and search/scouting for new markets in both the corporate and individuals categories.
* Manage client portfolios as well as maintaining client/supplier relations.
Research and Development:
* Study client’s brand and long-term strategy in detail.
* Know competitor brands and marketing activities they engage in.
* Continually feed client with new youth trends and how their brands can be benefited.
Client Sense and Client Satisfaction:
* Maintain and ensure the company’s interest and those of the customers are met.
* Participate in ongoing monitoring and nurturing of client relationships.
Qualifications
* Bachelors Degree in Marketing

* Superior written and oral communication skills, very articulate.
* Result driven and oriented
* Be able to work with minimum supervision
