Job Summary

Reporting to the Regional Quality Analyst Manager, the Regional Quality Assurance specialist will be
responsible for coordination of quality assurance programme and compliance tracking.

Responsibilities

•Ensure sustenance of quality assurance programme including conducting quality assurance measures
and coordination of compliance tracking;
•Prepare monthly reports and quality reviews for the quality assurance function;
•Develop Co-packer and Co-manufacture quality system;
•Coordinate the establishment and review of the Quality Management System including mock recalls;
•Plan and conduct audits for factory & contracted external Labs;
•Ensure quality Key Performance Indicators tracking and proper Handling of IMS complaints for
finished products
•Coordinate defect rejection projects.

Requirements

•B.Sc.or MSc Degree in Food science / Microbiology/ Biochemistry or related courses
•Minimum 5 years experience in a food processing industry, preferably with an FMCG background
•Excellent interpersonal skills with good relationship building skills;
•Self initiative and proactive;
•Good analytical with ability to diagnose and creatively resolve problems ;
•A proven team player with ability to drive results;
•Excellent interpersonal skills with good written and verbal communication skills;
