Agricultural Finance Corporation (AFC) is a state Corporation whose objective is to provide quality and sustainable customer focused financial services for the development of the agricultural sector in Kenya.

In order to achieve this objective, the Corporation seeks to recruit qualified and experienced professionals in the following areas:-

Some of the Key responsibilities are:
* Participates in the development and implementation of credit policies and programs * Interprets and explains loan procedures and requirements to loan applicants, other stakeholders and the general public; * Recruits customers, appraises applications, undertakes disbursement, monitors project implementation and loan recovery; * Reviews delinquent accounts, analyzes collection problems and develops workable solutions; * Carries out inspection and valuation of securities and supervises realization of securities through the appointed auctioneers; * Prepares periodic monitoring and evaluation reports on credit activities;

Qualifications
* Professional Bachelors degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Economics, Agribusiness, Business Management or related field. * Applicants with additional qualification in Cooperative management, banking, entrepreneurship, micro finance or equivalent will have an added advantage * Computer literacy is a must.

Experience
* Minimum 3 years experience in related field.
