This has enabled us to not only cater for the Kenyan market, but to many East African countries along with the COMESA market, this has further been emphasized by the recent launch of Regal Brand in the Ugandan market.

CALL CENTRE CUSTOMER ASSISTANTS (8 posts):
Job Description
* Respond to customer requests by telephone or mail, analyze requests, and provide information requested or ascertain who can best provide the information.
* Answer phones and respond to the customer requests timely and accurately.
* Identify, research and provide comprehensive data to the customers on the organizations products and services.
* Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.
* Provide customers with product and service information.
* Recognize, document and alert the Supervisor on the trends in customer calls.
REQUIREMENTS
* Should have impressive telephone etiquette.
* Have excellent communication skills
* Must be able to work as part of a team with a genuine interest in helping Customers.
* Must be well presented, polite, tactful and friendly.
* Must be able to deliver excellent Customer Service
* Lively and quick thinking.
* Patient and calm
* Must be able to handle complaints and difficult situation.
* Ready to learn and work on flexible timings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* A Bachelors Degree from a recognized University.
* Must be Computer Literate.
* Must be below 25 years of age..
