Kenya Episcopal Conference Catholic Secretariat Jobs.
The Kenya Catholic Secretariat is looking for a position of HIV/AIDS Program Manager.
This position exists to build the capacity of KEC and the Catholic Health Commission in oversight of Clinical HIV/AIDS programs and to improve the profile of KEC HIV&AIDS services.

Description of Work
* Participates in clinical technical assistance activities- Site Visits, Training and Mentorship activities.
* Maintains open lines of communication between partners and KEC
* Participates in project evaluations, assessments and support supervision activities
* Participates in the planning and facilitation of workshops and meetings
* Ensures compliance of HIV&AIDS projects to national guidelines and policies.
* Representation at Program Meetings and stakeholder forums
* Make recommendations to KEC for improvement of HIV & AIDS Services

Required Qualifications/Skills
* A Catholic with a recommendation from his/her parish priest
* Minimum qualification Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine
* Masters Degree in Medicine or Public Health an advantage
* Experience in HIV/AIDS Programming preferred
* Knowledge of the Kenyan health sector-strategies and policies
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Excellent written and oral communications skills
