Territory Manager Job At NOCK Kenya.

Following the steady, continuous growth and expansion we have experienced over the last few years, we are looking for Talented, Energetic, Ambitious and Self Motivated individuals keen on career enhancing opportunities, to fill the position of Territory Manager (LPG). Ref: HR 01/ 07/10:
Reporting to the LPG Manager, the incumbent will be expected to build LPG sales and gain market penetration through development and implementation of proactive sales strategies.

Responsibilities

* Acquire new business opportunities and maintain existing customers within the sales territory and champion sale of LPG and accessories in our retail outlets.
* Enforce compliance to EHS and operational procedures and regulations in all retail outlets in the region
* Conduct market surveys, coordinate sales promotion campaigns, customer open days and other innovative promotional initiatives.
* Receive and attend to customer complaints and ensure seamless service delivery.
* Enforce the Company Credit Policy and ensure that customers trade within approved credit limits.
* Ensure compliance to statutory requirements for business sites in respective territories and proper merchandising in shops where applicable
* Reconcile customers’ accounts and ensure that monthly statements are signed off and dispatched to customers.
* Monitor LPG activity in the industry and ensure adherence to LPG Cylinder Exchange Pool guidelines.

Person profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years’ working experience in a similar position
* Broad knowledge of Oil and Gas industry issues locally and internationally especially those relating to LPG and EHS
* Sound commercial orientation and business acumen
* Highly computer literate
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Impeccable standards of personal integrity.
