Audit, Secretarial, Administrative And Procurement Jobs In Kenya
Applications are invited for the following posts:
1. Senior Administrative Assistant (City Centre Campus)
Minimum Requirements:
* A Second Class Honours (Lower Division) Degree from a recognized University.
* A CPS (Certified Public Secretary) II certificate or better.
* Three (3) years working experience in a university particularly in student administration.
* In addition, they must be computer literate.
The successful candidate will be expected to perform the following duties among others:
* Assist in the running of a busy City Centre Campus
* Prepare timetables
* Assist in the running of academic programmes including administration of examinations.
* Attend to student matters
* Be secretary to Faculty Board meetings
* Liaise with the Main Campus on various matters
2. Assistant Internal Auditor
This is a responsible position in the department and applicants are expected to be dynamic individuals who are able to multi task, team players and result oriented.
Minimum requirements:
* Bachelor of Business Administration or Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Business Management.
* They should also be fully qualified accountants.
* However, applicants with CPA II with long working experience will also be considered.
* Knowledge and working experience with Computer Accounting Software and Microsoft Office is mandatory.
* Minimum of five (5) years working experience in a reputable organization in an internal audit department.
3. Executive Secretary 1 Position
Minimum requirements:
* At least KCSE Grade C or KCE Division III or an equivalent qualification with a credit in English Language
* Shorthand III (minimum 120wpm) or Audio-Typewriting III Typewriting 60wpm.
* Business English III
* Commerce II
* Secretarial Duties II
* Office Management III
* Diploma in Business Management/Administration
* They should have certificates in and be able to use Word Processing, Spreadsheets and Data Base Management packages.
* They must have at least three (3) years working experience as a Senior Secretary.
4. Senior Secretary 3 Positions
Minimum requirements:
* At least KCSE Mean Grade C or KCE Division III with a credit in English Language Shorthand III (minimum120wpm) or Audio -Typewriting III
* Business English III
* Commerce II
* Secretarial Duties II
* Office Management III
* Typewriting 60wpm.
* They should have certificates in and be able to use Word Processing, Spreadsheets and
* Data Management packages.
* They must have at least three (3) years working experience as a Senior Secretary.
5. Procurement Assistant
Reporting To: The Procurement Officer
Duties
* Sending out quotations to registered suppliers
* Analyzing and evaluating quotations
* Preparing and sending out purchase orders to suppliers
* Receiving and issuing stores materials
* Maintaining stores records
Minimum requirements:
* Mature and dynamic person below 35 years.
* Degree in Commerce or Procurement & Logistics from a recognized University
* Diploma from CIPS or from a recognized institution
* Must be computer literate
* 5 years working experience in supply chain management
