Finance Manager Job Vacancy In Kenya.
Our client a property management firm is is looking to recruit an energetic Finance Manager to be based in Nairobi.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following;o Overseeing all financial and administrative activities/functions of the company;
o Developing, promoting and coordinating the operations of the business in a manner that will improve the efficiency, and help the company achieve its goals;
o Providing and interpreting financial information;
o Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends;
o Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk
o Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
o Managing a company’s financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems;
o Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
o Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations.Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines
o Managing budgets
o Managing the production of timely reports
o Processing accounting data
o Ensure accuracy in maintaining and entering financial data/ records

Requirements:
A Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
CPA (K), or ACCA qualifications
At least 4 years work experience in an administrative and/or accounting management role
Good communication , interpersonal and analytical skills
Excellent knowledge and hands on working experience in operating Microsoft Office suite and any accounting package
Supervisory skills
