Interconsumer Products Ltd is a fast growing company manufacturing personal care consumer products which are marketed and distributed in over 10 African countries.
The above vacancy exists in our establishment
Key roles and deliverables are as follows:-
Responsible for overseeing:-
* Planning for production inputs.
* Sourcing and procurement of production inputs.
* Suppliers management.
* Preparation of importation documents.
* Management of clearing and forwarding agents.
* Inventory management.
* Logistics and distribution/delivery of products to customers.
Skills and Specification
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal and oratory skills.
* Good team working abilities.
* Energy and passion to work long hours.
Education and Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field from a recognized University
* Basic knowledge in Accounting
* Registered KISM Member.
* Over 5 years experience in local and Overseas Sourcing and supply chain management in a busy environment
* Familiar with Instruments of relevant government legislation and requirements regulating and Governing imports.
* Experience in manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
