A leading Holiday Resort on the Kenyan Coast is looking for:

Maintenance Manager
The Candidate will be overall in charge of all the Maintenance works of the Resort.

Job Requirement
* To ensure smooth running of al the Maintenance requirements of the Resort.
* To initiate and operationalize a sound preventive Maintenance programme.
* To carry out corrective maintenance programme when required.
* To ensure timely procurement of requirements and attention to Maintenance

Tasks requisitions
* Good knowledge of Resort Maintenance needs-Electrical, electronics, refrigeration. Plumbing, Carpentry and masonry Works.
Education & Qualifications
* Degree or Diploma in Maintenance related discipline.
* Wide knowledge and experience in this field is mandatory.
