General Manager – Air Conditioning Division
1 Position – Based in Nairobi

Basic functions of the position:
    * Plan, direct and coordinate all aspects of the AC division’s operations, Set AC division’s strategy and ensure operations run in line with company policies.
    * Grow the division by increasing profitability, efficiency and sales.

Required skills & qualifications:
    * Superior leadership skills, working well with a team and have the ability to work independently.
    * Excellent decision making, problem solving and conflict management abilities.
    * Must be able to work with staff at all levels, have excellent training and delegation abilities
    * Minimum 10 years experience in a similar position
    * Bachelors degree in related field.Technical/Projects Manager – Air Conditioning Division

    * Plan, provide technical direction, execute and finalize projects according to strict deadlines within budget.Tracking projects, milestones and deliverables.
    * Acquiring resources and coordinating efforts of team members and third party contractor or consultants in order to deliver projects to plan and quality standards.
    * Apply significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve services to our customers.

Required skills & qualifications:
    * Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
    * Diploma in Project Management would be an added advantage
    * A minimum of 7 years experience in a similar position

Basic functions of the Product Manager
Positions Ref #08 and Ref #09
    * Plan, develop and implement a strategy for all Products and brands in category.
    * Estimate consumer demand for the products, identify potential customers, stay informed on competing products in the market, develop a pricing strategy and oversee product development.
    * Work closely with advertising and public relations firms to promote the company’s goods and services.
    * Regular market visits to train customers and staff on your products and ensure good displays and representation of product range in various distribution channels.

Required skills & qualifications:
    * Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field.
    * Preferably Masters Degree in Business Administration.
    * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. At least 3 years experience in a similar position, preferably in the same industry.
    * Must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality.

Technicians for Fridge, Washing Machine, Cookers and other white goods
    * 2 Positions Based in Mombasa – (Ref #10)
    * 2 Positions Based in Nairobi – (Ref #11)

Electronics Technicians for Hi-Fis, TVs, Home Theatres, Radios and other Brown Goods
    * 2 Positions Based in Nairobi – (Ref #12)
    * 2 Positions Based in Mombasa – (Ref #13)

Basic function of the Technicians positions

    * Maintain service and repair of the above equipment.
    * Keeping records and making reports
    * Attend to field jobs and in house repairs

Required skills & qualifications:
    * Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or related field with a minimum of 3 years experience
    * Excellent technical and communication skills
