The company is looking for highly motivated, proactive and service-oriented individuals to fill the following positions:

Agricultural Services Supervisor

Reporting to Outgrowers Services Superintendent, the person will assist the sugarcane farmers to increase yields at cost-effective rates by coordinating sugarcane production, harvesting and transportation in a manner that ensures optimum returns on investment.

Qualifications and work experience
* Between 25 and 35 years. * Diploma in Agriculture from a recognized institution. * Minimum 2 years relevant working experience. * Be computer literate. * Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Demonstrate ability to enhance teamwork and harmony. * Be willing to work under pressure. * Clean Motorbike Driving License will be an added advantage.
