We are well known in the remuneration field for delivering pragmatic, usable solutions that are easy to administer once the consultant has completed the project.21st Century East Africa Limited is looking to recruit and train entry-level consultants who would like to grow their career in remuneration consulting. Remuneration consultants will be responsible for delivering consultancy services to our clients in the areas of job profiling and job evaluation; benchmarking and surveys.

Successful candidates will have a degree in human resource management, a numerical or science based discipline from a reputable institution of higher learning. He/she will demonstrate the following qualities: he/she will

* be pro-active with a high level of personal drive and enthusiasm and a personal commitment to excellence
* be analytical, highly numerate, curious, courageous, resilient and imaginative
* have the ability to work independently, in an frequently changing environment, delivering quality results within agreed and often tight timelines
* have unquestionable integrity, demonstrate a high level of discretion and the ability to work with confidential information
* have excellent organizational skills, be good at multi-tasking, prioritizing and strong follow-up skills and remain calm and focused under pressure
* have strong attention to detail, with the ability to look at the big picture without losing impact on the details
* be computer literate, highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
* have had some formal work experience through internships and/or holiday jobs and will have an understanding of office etiquette and protocol

The position will be offered to the individual who can demonstrate how this role will contribute to his/her personal and career growth and development.

He/she will be mentored by the Managing Director who is a seasoned business leader and manager who has contributed to success of leading corporates such as Safaricom, Citibank, Deloitte & Touche, and Tetra Pak UK.
