The Group wishes to recruit qualified, experienced, committed and dynamic individual to lead the Human Resource Development function.
Job Summary:-
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources Development, the successful individuals will be responsible for leading and developing the Human Resource Department within the organization.
Job Location:-

Responsibilities:-
* Reporting to the Director
* Advice the Management on all matters relating to HR
* Oversee and Administer Recruitment
Specific HR Tasks
* Employment Contract management
* Maintain Staff Records / Files
* Maintain Absence (and sickness) records
* Maintain and manage Leave chart
* Medical Scheme administration
* Pension Scheme administration
* Expense Claims administration
* Attend and resolve disputes
* Understand, Interpret and act according to the labour laws
* Maintain, Update and Manage Employee Handbook
* Submit Reports on agreed intervals
* Maintain confidentiality and secrecy of Company and Employee Data
* Analyse, advice and assist the management in optimum employee performance and development
Qualifications and Experience:-
* University Degree in Public Administration or Psychology with emphasis on Human Resources Management or other relevant equivalent qualifications
* At least 3 years in Human Resource administration
* Knowledge of recruitment, employment practices, remuneration and benefits, pension plans, employee relations
* Exposure legal matters is desirable
* Exposure of working in a multicultural and diverse environment
* Mature personality
Skills and Qualities:-
* Excellent communication proficiency (written & spoken) in English and Kiswahili
* Innovative and analytical
* Excellent organization, time, work and self management skills
* Affable personality with ability to establish and maintain relationships with individuals and teams
* Self starter, highly motivated, quality conscious and detail oriented
* Ability to plan, prioritize and work well under pressure and against conflicting deadlines
