    Email:solomonk7@yahoo.co.uk- CAREER OBJECTIVE:
To use my continued training and business experience to contribute to the sustainability of the company.
    Dear Madam/Sir
    Workshop, Service Manager
My name is Solomon Kimmie a South African working in Zambia on a contract with a popular heavy commercial dealership. As the Dealer Principal/General Manager. Very briefly, I have15 years dealer network experience and ten + years managerial experience. Prior to this position. I worked for Mitsubishi Mozambique as the Dealer Principal for four and a half years. During this period, I managed 4 dealerships quite easy ,having established a clear cut policy based on sound communications. I was the senior service manager for a mega Toyota Dealerships in South Africa as well as a the Service Manager for a large Toyota Dealership in KZN.
I’m a procedural man , and follow company policies strictly. With set. KPA’s and S.O.P's in place. I found it relatively easy governing the various departments, that were the Sales, Parts, Service,HR and Administration centers. Once policies and procedures and other guide lines were established. I found managing the Dealership an easy task, Most Dealerships are facing challenges in the area of time management controls, the challenge of un qualified staff. Making it quite difficult to run an efficient and productive service centre. I learnt how to overcome these challengers, through an aggressive, incentives and in house training system/ programs. I set up bonus, incentives, targets and goals which motivated the staff to increase the work output and saw a peak in the quality of workmanship & quality control.
I’m a hands on manager and maintaining a constant level of integrity and professionalism is high on my agenda. I’m very passionate and serious about my work in the following areas, Customer retention, After Sales, CSI and driving sales. After all, a high after sales drives the dealership GP up. I am serious & quite sensitive about the environment, especially the Dealership housekeeping. I like to preserve company property, and pass this philosophy down to all my staff and managers as well. I’m a company man and a good team leader ,able to interact with all types of staff and to work effectively under pressure.
    Yours Faithfully
    Solomon Kimmie
